Reading the website
The supplied site code does not include advertising trackers, analytics services, third-party embeds or external font requests. Pages, scripts, styles and illustrations are served as site files. Loading them necessarily sends ordinary connection information to the hosting infrastructure, such as an IP address, requested resource and browser-related headers.
Hosting and security providers may process technical logs according to their configuration and policies. This notice does not claim that infrastructure produces no logs. The page code itself does not set a server-log retention period or identify visitors across unrelated websites.
Message drafting stays in the browser
The contact tool constructs a draft using the fields you enter. It has no form-submission endpoint and does not upload that content. It does not place message fields in localStorage. Your browser may independently retain form entries, restore a page session or offer autofill according to your settings.
Copying a draft places it on your device clipboard if your browser permits the action. Other applications or clipboard synchronisation may then handle it under your device settings. Downloading creates a text file in the location controlled by your browser. You are responsible for deleting clipboard contents or downloaded files from shared devices.
If you send an email
Sending through your own email service is separate from using the drafting tool. The recipient receives the information you send, including your email address and any message headers or attachments. Correspondence is used to understand and respond to the enquiry, address corrections and protect against misuse. Do not include access codes, financial details, medical records or unnecessary information about other people.
Correspondence should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, related recordkeeping or applicable legal obligations. No fixed retention period is promised here. Where privacy law applies, the appropriate legal basis depends on the purpose, such as legitimate interests in handling enquiries or compliance with a legal obligation.
Saved preferences
If you choose a setting on the Saved Preferences page, a single localStorage value records that choice on this browser and site origin. It contains no message text, name or email address. It remains until changed, cleared by you or removed by your browser. You can use the removal control on that page or clear site data through browser settings.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain processing. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions. Send a request using the contact email, describe what you need and avoid sending identity documents unless an appropriate verification process is agreed. You may also have a right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
